A superb stay and good value. It was a hip new hotel - I enjoyed flexible staff and perfectly comfortable location. Quick check-in and helpful service. Btw, I was at a near distance from Earlswood Golf Club.

Its amenities and staff were a plus that's why I loved the place. Generally everything was brand-new, nevertheless the bathroom was very dated. I had access to easy free parking, covered pool.

Will be back when in Swansea, we did not want to leave there. Staff is loyal, breakfast is satisfactory. Stayed here on our trip and really enjoyed the twin room we booked.

Brilliant base for 2 nights. Very clean venue, NICE location within 28 minutes' drive of Swansea airport. English breakfast was something to remember. We really loved the convenience of the standard twin room, as well as an individual safe, air conditioning and an iron etc.

Quiet location, only 10 minutes by car from the centre, good parking possibilities.
The food in the restaurant was good, but the service was very poor.

The indoor pool is huge and was hardly frequented in the evening! It's good for relaxation.

We had a simple room, not expensive but the beds were already not comfortable. Cobwebs in the corners. It's all pretty worn out.

My husband and I stayed here for the night for a friends wedding party, we had a fab time, staff were friendly, room was clean and comfortable. We used the excellent swimming pool and facilities,breakfast was lush! We will definately book again for a romantic wknd away! Thanks very much! A++++++

It wasnt as luxurious as I had expected.

Good breakfast provided and was able to use swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room which was nice. Spacious room with a very big bed! We were staying at the hotel as we were attending a wedding there - the food was good and we both enjoyed ourselves at the party.

a very clean and presentable hotel, easy to find, breakfast was well cooked, plentiful and enjoyable, room was spacious. For the rate I paid it would be hard to criticize the Towers.
